Where are my receipts?

Stripe emails a receipt for every payment to the address you used at checkout. If you need an invoice with a company name and address, ask us and we send one.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Each charge, including renewals, triggers a receipt email from Stripe to the address you used at checkout. Search your inbox for "Dead Simple Backups" or "Stripe" if you cannot find it.

For an invoice that shows a company name, address, or tax number, write to hello@deadsimplebackups.com with the details you need on it and we send a PDF.

Prices are $79 a year or $9 a month, per site, in US dollars. Your card issuer may add a currency conversion fee.
