How do I cancel, and what is the refund policy?

Cancel with one click in the dashboard. Backups stop at the end of the paid period, your existing backups stay downloadable for 30 days after that, and a request inside the first 30 days gets a full refund.

Cancelling. Open your dashboard and click Cancel. That is all. There is no form, no call, and no retention offer. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then stops.

Your backups after cancelling. Every backup stays downloadable in the dashboard for 30 days after the paid period ends. Download the ones you want to keep in that time. After the 30 days they are removed from our storage.

Refunds. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, reply to any of our emails or write to hello@deadsimplebackups.com and we refund the payment in full. No questions.

Receipts. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. See Where are my receipts?
