How do I switch between monthly and yearly?

Cancel the current plan in the dashboard and start the other one from the pricing section. Your backups carry over as long as you use the same email and site address.

There is no plan switch button yet, but the change takes a minute:

1. Open your dashboard and click Cancel. The current plan runs until the end of the period you paid for.
2. Go to the pricing section, enter the same site address and the same email, and start the other plan.

The new plan gets its own first backup right away, and both plans show in your dashboard under the same email. Nothing is deleted.
