How do I change my email or turn off the monthly emails?

Monthly emails can be switched off in the dashboard; backups keep running. To change the address itself, write to us and we move the plan.

Turn the monthly email off or on. Open your dashboard and click Turn monthly emails off. Backups still run on the 1st and still appear in the dashboard; you just do not get the message. Click again to turn them back on.

Change the address. The email is also how you get into the dashboard, so it is not something you can change by yourself yet. Write to hello@deadsimplebackups.com from the old address, tell us the new one, and we move the plan and send a fresh dashboard link.
