How do I get to my dashboard?
Open the link in any backup email, or go to the Log in page, enter the email you used at checkout, and we send a fresh private link. There is no password.
Your dashboard lists every backup, lets you download or delete each one, turns the monthly emails on or off, and cancels the plan.
Three ways in:
- From an email. Every backup email carries a link to the dashboard.
- From the site. Click Log in at the top of the homepage, enter the email you used at checkout, and a link arrives within a minute.
- From a browser you have used before. The dashboard remembers you on that device.
The link is the key. Anyone who has it can see and download your backups, so do not forward it. If you think it has leaked, write to hello@deadsimplebackups.com and we issue a new one.
Squarespace doesn't give you a copy of your site. We do: every public page, full-page screenshots, images and fonts, in your inbox on the 1st.
