How long are backups kept?
Twelve months on an active plan, and the newest backup is never removed. After you cancel, everything stays downloadable for 30 days past the paid period, then it is deleted.
On an active plan: each backup is kept for 12 months from the day it was made, so at any moment you can open how the site looked at any point in the last year. The most recent backup is always kept, whatever its age.
After cancelling: backups stay in the dashboard for 30 days after the paid period ends. Download what you want to keep in that window. After it, they are deleted from our storage.
Free backups are kept for 7 days.
You can delete any backup yourself at any time from the dashboard.
